AMD will release the Epyc server CPUs from the Genoa line at the end of the year. The top models will feature 96-core CPUs. Today, we have more information about these processors.
Source shared characteristics with all, or at least a large portion of the CPUs of the upcoming line. We can also see the same 96 core model Epyc9654P. It will have 384 MB cache memory at the third level, and a TDP value of 360 W at frequencies between 2.0-2.15 GHz.
One of the 16-core models will be able to operate at frequencies of up to 3.8 GHz and a TDP of 320 watts. There will be three CPUs per model, with models with 23 or 32 cores. Although only one model has been identified for the 64-core processors, there could be many more.
Engineering samples can be seen at the bottom of this list, marked with letters ES.
