H3C announced the Magic BE18000 router that supports Wi-Fi 7 specifications. The specifications have yet to be approved so it could take several months.
The router supports 802.11be Wi Fi standard and tri-band including 6 GHz. This will allow for a theoretical home network bandwidth of 18,443 Mbps. The router also features Multi-Link Operation (MLO), which uses multiple channels to reduce signal delay and improve connection stability.
The router uses a Qualcomm processor that has four cores and a frequency of 2.2 GHz. The router has five Ethernet ports, two at 10 Gbps and one at 1 Gbps. It is not yet known when sales will begin and what the price will be.
It is important to note that Wi-Fi 7 commercial solutions are not yet available on the market. These solutions will only be available after certification.
