The launch of the Galaxy Watch series will be imminent, and there are more details about the operating systems of the smartwatches. Wear OS 3 will allow for the use of additional assistants on the devices.
The insider SnoopyTech, who was tweeting the change to the website 9to5Google, confirmed it. One was found in the “WearOS” -APK information about a package called “Wearable Alternate Assistant”, which could be either an app or system service.

People who have upgraded from an older Galaxy Watch using the Tizen system and to Wear OS 3 should be pleased with the option of using Bixby (or another future version). These users can continue to rely upon the virtual assistant they choose.
Details to be revealed at the unpacked event
Next week’s Galaxy Unpacked event will see the unveiling of the new Galaxy Watch with WearOS. Highlights of the event include the foldable Galaxy Z Fold 3 mobile phones, Z Flip 3 mobile phones, and the TWS Galaxy Buds 2 Bluetooth headphones.
When you take a look at the number who answered a survey about Bixby, Samsung’s assistant is much more popular than Amazon Alexa and Google Assistant.
