Lenovo: Thinkpads in the future with a revised design and recycled material

Lenovo unveiled two new Thinkpads during CES 2022. Many people were surprised to learn that the manufacturer uses a new design. The laptop manufacturer also wants to rely more on recycled materials.

Packaging is made from compostable materials like bamboo and sugarcane. The notebooks contain the Ryzen Pro U (AMD) and H series (AMD), which have up to 32 gigabytes of RAM and a maximum of 2 Terabytes of SSD storage. On request, the Z16 graphics chip can be added. OLED technology is used by Lenovo with self-illuminating diodes.

The camera can be electronic dimmed when it is not in use. The Thinkpad Z13 starts at 1,649 Euros, the Thinkpad Z16 is approximately 2,249 Euros.
