One of the main characters in Grand Theft Auto’s sixth installment will be a female. This is the first time that this has happened in the series’ history. Bloomberg reported this, citing sources. The storyline will also feature two main characters and is based on Bonnie and Clyde’s story.
According to the agency the developers are trying to “not expose people from marginalized group in a negative light.” However, Rockstar developers plan on constantly updating the game with new missions, locations, and other features. Bloomberg sources do not know the official release date of the game. They say it could be released within two years. Rockstar Games had announced in February that GTA VI was now under active development.
