Innosilicon, a Chinese company, will soon present a new videocard called Fantasy No.2 (“Fenghua No.2) within the next few days.
Although there are not yet any details about the product, you can be sure that the new model will be better than the one before it. The old model was very interesting as it featured a Chinese solution with its own architecture.
Remember that the Fantasy One card line, which was launched at the end last year, had several adapters. There was also a two-chip version. The regular model had 16GB of GDDR6X memory and 5 TFLOPS performance. It also supported DisplayPort 1.4, HDMI 2.1 and DirectX 12.
These cards, unlike many other Chinese inventions, are also positioned to play games. However, the Web site has not yet published the intelligible tests from the first generation.
The announcement of the next generation is still to come on August 3.
