The Indian market will soon get the flagship smartphone iQOO 9T. But, the specifications of the smartphone are already known. It will feature the most recent Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 mobile processor. The smartphone will compete against other flagship devices like the OnePlus 10T and the gaming Asus ROG Phone 6.

On August 2, the novelty will be available in two memory configurations: 8 + 128GB and 12 + 2256GB. Two colors are promised: Legend and Alpha. The 8GB+128GB variant costs Rs 49,999 while the larger storage variant runs at Rs 54,999.

The Indian iQOO 9T technically is the Chinese version of the iQOO 10 that recently came on the market. The iQOO 9T will be between the current iQOO 9 & iQOO 9 PRO.

The smartphone will be equipped with a 6.78 inch E5 AMOLED display. It has FHD+ resolution and a refresh rate 120 Hz. It supports HDR10+, and offers 1500 nits brightness. Gorilla Glass 5 protects the display. Gorilla Glass 5 protects the display.

LPDDR5 RAM is used and UFS3.1 flash memory is available. However, there’s no card slot. The novelty also features a liquid cooling system that includes a large evaporation chamber. iQOO 9T also received a chip that optimizes color and frame rates.

The smartphone has a triple camera setup with 50, 13 and 12-megapixel sensors. Optic stabilization is available. The front camera has 16 MP. Image processing is done by the V1+ chip, which was developed by Vivo. It enhances the quality of low-light photography.

The battery’s capacity is 4700mAh and the charging power is 120 W. This will “fill” the battery in just 20 minutes. Stereo speakers were announced along with support for HiFi sound and audio output via USB Type C.

They promise wireless communications with 5G, 4G LTE and GPS. However, it is unclear if NFC will be available. The iQOO 9T is also said to be IP52 certified. This means that it will offer protection against drops, splashes and dust from low heights. The custom Origin Ocean shell, which is based on Android 12, will be used to run the smartphone. We also note that the novelty will be eligible for 3 years of OS updates as well as 4 years of security fixes.
