The Iqoo 9T smartphone was released with the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Plus Gen1 single-chip system and a high quality camera.
The device will be available in India initially at $635. This includes the 8GB RAM version and 128GB flash memory versions. The version with 12/256GB of memory will be priced at $ 700.
The Iqoo 9T has a 6.78 inch Samsung E5 AMOLED screen with a resolution up to 2400×1080 pixels and a refresh speed of up 120Hz. SchottXensationUP glass, which is German Gorilla Glass’ answer, protects the panel. It supports HDR10 high-dynamic range and the maximum brightness level is 1500cd/m . The screen supports 100% of DCI-P3 colors.
It is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Plus Gen1 chipset, which includes LPDDR5 RAM and UFS 3.1 flash storage. The phone also has a liquid cooling system. The display can also be optimized by the Vivo V1+ processor.
The main camera consists a 50-megapixel Samsung ISOCELL GN5 sensor, a 13 megapixel ultra-wide module and a 12-megapixel Sony IMX663 sensors with a 2x optical zoom. The hole houses a 16-megapixel camera.
Two SIM cards can be used with the smartphone. It also supports 5G, WiFi 6, Bluetooth 5.2 and NFC. It is IP52-rated and has an in-display fingerprint scanner. Dual stereo speakers are also included. The Iqoo 9T’s battery is 4700mAh and supports 120W fast wired charging.
Funtouch OS 12.1 is based on Android 12. The manufacturer promises three-years of Android updates, and four years of security upgrades.
