Failed Exynos SoCs are the result of internal problems and inflexible corporate traditions of Samsung

Samsung appears to be suffering from internal contradictions, and problems caused by a lack of flexibility. According to the source: Investors, Petra Capital Management and Dalton Investments raised concerns about Samsung’s rigid corporate traditions.

This has a direct impact on the Exynos single chip systems development. Sources claim that the Korean giant’s corresponding division is not on the right track.

It takes creativity and engineering prowess to design your own chips. However, Samsung’s risk-averse culture and rejection of new ideas have grown under Lee Jaeyong’s leadership.

For example, in April, a junior engineer for a company wrote to management explaining that engineers were being given impossible tasks. The junior engineer also said that Samsung’s senior management had failed to recognize the gravity of the situation.

Samsung had already apologized for the problem with its gaming services on smartphones a while back. This was due to problems in internal communications within the company.

Exynos: All information so far confirms recent rumors that the Galaxy S23 will be entirely based on the Snapdragon SoC.
