Chnbrand, a consulting and rating agency, has published a rating on customer satisfaction in China with mobile devices for the first half this year.
Apple was ranked first in satisfaction with an 86.2 rating. With a score of 85.5 Huawei is the top Android brand, and second overall. Xiaomi came in third with 83.1 points.
Other than the top three, all other manufacturers scored below 80 points. Oppo – 76.1; Honor – 75.2; iQOO – 74.2; Redmi -73.7, Vivo – 67.4, Samsung -67.0. OPPO has risen 4 spots compared to last year. Vivo and Samsung have fallen 3 and 2 spots respectively.
Apple and Samsung are the only foreign brands that continue to sell well in China, while Huawei remains the most loved brand in China.
The ranking included Apple, Huawei and Honor as well as Oppo, Samsung, Oppo, Meizu, Vivo, OnePlus and Vivo last year. In both cases, nine companies were included in the rating.
