Nokia launched a variety of smartphones for older users about a month ago. These included the Nokia 2660 Flip clamshell with a charging station and the Nokia 5710 XpressAudio phone.
Nokia’s Chinese division reports that the Nokia 5710 XpressAudio will soon be available in the Middle Kingdom. However, the novelty can already be purchased in Europe for 85 Euros. The phone was expected to cost 70 euro at the time of the announcement.
Nokia 5710 XpressAudio comes with built-in storage and charging for bundled wireless headphones. The phone has a retractable mechanism at the back that stores the headphones and charges them when they are not being used. The headphones can be used to listen to music on the phone (up to 32GB via microSD slot), or to connect to other devices such as smartphones or tablets. You can also use the phone’s 3.5mm jack to connect wired headphones.
Nokia 5710 XpressAudio has a 2.4-inch QVGA screen, a VGA maincam and a removable 1450 mAh battery that provides 6 hours of 4G talktime. It can be charged via microUSB, and has an S30+ interface.
